Our home is located on the banks of Town Creek just outside of the heart of Leland that offers easy access to a variety of local attractions, outdoor activities, and cultural experiences. Whether you're interested in kayaking through picturesque landscapes, fishing from your personal dock, exploring charming local attractions, or simply relaxing by the water, you'll find everything you need for an unforgettable vacation right here.

About our home:

- This property is a manufactured home situated within a manufactured home community.
- Our home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, laundy room, and covered back porch.
- Enjoy the peaceful surroundings of this property which is nestled on the banks of Town creek. You have access to your private dock with kayak launch. *Kayak not provided*
- There are several area attractions including beaches, local restaurants, parks, golf courses, and breweries.

Leland is a charming town in that offers visitors a variety of attractions to explore. Here are some of the top attractions in Leland:

  1. Town Creek Township District Park: 55-acre park equipped with a dog park, five baseball/softball fields, a basketball court, two tennis courts, two soccer/football fields, two playgrounds, shuffleboard/horseshoes, a 2.5-mile paved walking trail with fitness stations, a pavilion/picnic shelter, a community building and concessions stand with restrooms.
  2. Brunswick Riverwalk at Belville: A scenic walk along the river with a playground, picnic areas, and a fishing pier.
  3. Magnolia Greens Golf Course: A championship golf course designed by Tom Jackson, with 27 holes of golfing fun.
  4. Leland Cultural Arts Center: A center that offers art classes, workshops, and events for all ages.
  5. Brunswick Nature Park: A 900-acre park with hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, and wildlife viewing opportunities.
  6. Port City Inshore Fishing Charters: Specialized fishing charters with Captain Bryan Armstrong. 

Leland is also a short drive to several Brunswick County beaches such as Holden Beach, Oak Island, and Ocean Isle Beach as well as Southport: a small, charming seaside town.

  4. Local's Tavern: The best wings around - but don't go in a hurry. Perfection takes time.
  5. Pizzettas Pizzeria: Excellent pizza & Italian dishes. Be sure to get a piece of their local made desserts.
  6. Brunswick Beer & Cider: You can't go wrong. Salads, sandwiches, & unique pizzas to pair with their special brewed ciders.
  7. Cape Fear Seafood Company: Excellent local seafood lunch and dinner dishes.
  8. Shuckin' Shack Oyster Bar: Fantastic local seafood dishes.
  9. P.T.'s Olde Fashioned Grille: Classic burgers with excellent fresh cut fries. Ask for extra lemon pepper season on your fries!
  10. The Joyce Irish Pub: Excellent salads and home cooked meals with an Irish twist.
  11. Indochine Express: The mini version of the ever-popular Wilmington Thai restaurant - Indochine.

  4. Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar: Located on the waterfront within Embassy Suites, Cloud 9 offers a wide selection beverages and Tapas on their rooftop bar with stunning views of the Cape Fear River.

  10. Anne Bonney's Bar & Grill: Located on the Riverwalk in downtown Wilmington, they specialize in Calabash-style seafood, shareable appetizers, classic burgers and other pub fare. Be sure to try the cheese curds and their frozen cocktails!
  11. Cheesesmith: Not your mama's grilled cheese! Be sure to pair your sandwich with their parmesan or smith fries!
  12. Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn: The biggest burritos around. Our favorite is the notorious P.I.G.
  13. Front Street Brewery: You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but a must try is the famous pulled chicken nachos!
  14. K38 Baja Mexican Grill: Excellent margaritas and Mexican American dishes.
